    Use of Information Obtained from Tax Administrations of Other CountriesArt. 130.126 The Bulgarian tax administration shall be entitled to use information obtained from the tax or customs administration of another country as a result of an official inquiry, in the course of determining the obligations of taxable persons under this Law, as well as to use this information as evidence in administrative or judicial proceedings.
